How to install a led display?

Indoor LED display installation, the commonly used methods will choose the border, unit board, line, power supply, control card, processor, control computer and other materials to assemble into their own LED display, so how to assemble a block of modules into a large LED display screen, and normal use? The following describes the installation steps

1. Make the main frame and frame, select steel structure material (40*40*1.5mm square tube) according to the CAD drawing of the set size of Maipu Guangcai LED display, and then cut the material to the corresponding size and weld it into a field shape, the error is not greater than 1mm, refer to the following drawing requirements;
